Fundraising
There are lots of ways you can help fund our work, whatever your circumstances. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.
Become a donor: you can make a one-off donation, or sign up to be a regular donor, by using the button below. Monthly donations help us to plan ahead and ensure our activity continues into the future.
You can also process Gift Aid (if you’re a UK taxpayer) by setting up your monthly donation with JustGiving below – which means we receive an extra 25% on top of your donation, at no extra cost to you!

If you have Long Covid, we understand fundraising may look different. We’ve created guides and activity ideas to suit all energy levels. However you choose to support us, we’d love to hear from you—just email fundraise@longcovid.org.
Donate while you shop
Did you know you can raise funds for us while shopping online, at no extra cost to you? We work with platforms that partner with thousands of well-known brands. When you shop through them, those brands pay a commission that goes directly to our charity.
All you need to do is register with one of the platforms below and select Long Covid UK as your chosen charity.
Payroll giving
Have you thought about Payroll Giving? If you, your friends, or your family are in paid employment, it's a simple way to make regular donations to Long Covid UK straight from your pay.
We've put together a letter template and instruction form with everything you and your employer need.
-
Your donation is taken from your pay before Income Tax is calculated, which means it costs you less than you might think. For example, if you're a 20% taxpayer, 80% of your donation comes from your salary and 20% comes from the tax that would otherwise have gone to HMRC.
-
Your donation goes further and costs you less. You're completely in control. You can increase, reduce, or stop your donation at any time, at no cost to you. Even better, many employers will match what you give, doubling the impact of your contribution.
-
If your employer already has a Payroll Giving (or Give As You Earn) scheme:
Let your employer know you'd like to donate to Long Covid UK
Fill in the instruction form and pass it to your payroll team
-
Have a chat with your HR department about setting one up
They can contact a Payroll Giving Agency who will get it up and running at no cost to the employer
Once the scheme is in place, fill in the instruction form and pass it to your payroll team
