Influence
We influence policy to secure the recognition and support that people with Long Covid deserve.
Our influencing work covers a wide range of issues, always bringing the voices of experts by experience to decision making processes.
As a user-led charity, we campaign for a seat at the table where key policy decisions are made. Example focus areas include:
-
Improving healthcare, including campaigning against the closure of Long Covid clinics across England
-
Campaigning for improvements for a key benefit for people with Long Covid in England, including focusing on parallel benefits in devolved nations
-
Raising awareness of Long Covid and its impacts, and advocating for better data collection to build a robust evidence base.
-
Developing resources and training for employers, healthcare professionals and other sectors, to help everyone do their bit in reducing the impact of Long Covid
Our Key Asks document sets out what we’d most like to see change from 2026 – 2029.
