In-person peer support

We run two monthly in-person peer support groups in Chester and Birmingham, thanks to generous funding from Cheshire Community Foundation.

These groups are a safe space to connect with others and explore issues related to Long Covid. We discuss a wide range of topics, including things like:

  • understanding Long Covid

  • fatigue & energy management including PEM

  • brain fog & cognitive difficulties

  • emotional wellbeing

  • sleep and rest

  • nutrition

  • benefits & financial support.

You can register to join a group using the buttons below. Don’t worry if you can’t make it every month - we’d love to see you whenever you’re available.

We’re hoping to expand into new areas in 2027. If you’re interested in setting up a group in your area, get in touch us on support@longcovid.org to discuss how this might work.

These meetings are the only place I feel I am accepted for myself with no judgement and I am with people who truly get the impact of Long Covid. I have made good connections with others, some of whom are real friends now.
