Our Online Support Groups
Living with Long Covid can be both frightening and isolating. We have established a number of online support groups where people with Long Covid, and their carers, can share their experiences and be a support for each other.
Our support groups are moderated by our volunteers and are safe spaces where you can share your concerns. These groups are strictly for people who have lived experience of Long Covid and/or their family and people close to them who may be helping support them. Our support groups are set up as private Facebook groups. Membership is moderated to keep members safe and you will be asked to answer some joining questions when you apply to join.
